The Ambassador City Jomtien resorts complex complied of not one stand-alone building, but five hotel buildings in the private estate. The approximately total of usage space are 40 acres(161,875 SQMs).

"Old, gigantic hotel. Has a new wing.”

“This hotel is very, very big. One side of the hotel rooms face the beautiful sea and that's where we stayed. I must say the view is superb. There are 4 pools, of which, only one of them is more populated, because it is at the beach front. We stayed in the old wing, the room is not well-maintained, the glass windows are stained. No kettle provided, you have to get your hot water from common source located at alternate levels. The new wing is much better, I heard, though I did not stay there. The walkway to the new wing is sheltered but during rainy days, you will need an umbrella to get you there via the the shelter as rain comes through the shelter. The hotel is situated along the main road, where you can flag down a songthaew to get you to the malls or town. The beach is a far cry from Phuket. The water is not clear and sand is coarse, painful to walk on. Massage outlets are available just outside the hotel.”
